Meet our CEO

Founder. Socialite. Business Woman

Tamya, born and raised in Chicago, IL has always had a passion for the finer things in life. Since a young girl she has always valued traveling, fine dining as well as classical & contemporary arts. Now a proud alumna of Southern Illinois University, Tamya received a Bachelors of Social Work in 2021. Her studies allowed her to develop a strong foundational knowledge of human behavior, program evaluation, cultural competency, as well community building.

After pursuing a Masters of Business Administration, Tamya has spent the last few years in the Human Resources Industry where she takes pride in cultivating positive work environments. She effortlessly balances people needs and organizational strategy. Tamya is also an executive board member of Kids Trying to Live, NFP an organization based in Chicago, IL dedicated to meeting the needs of at-risk youth.

Tamya's background in social services, combined with her  business acumen, and love for the culture is what has led to the creation of The Espresso Society. More than anything, Tamya enjoys creating unique, memorable events designed to empower and energize our people.
